What does an ATS CV checker check?
It checks the things screening software trips over: a multi-column or table layout, text boxes, images, contact details hidden in the header, missing standard headings (Profile, Experience, Education, Skills), length, and whether your CV uses the job advert's own keywords. You get a score out of 100 and a fix for each problem.

How the score works
Layout problems that stop software reading your CV (columns, tables, text boxes) and missing headings or keywords weigh most. Style points (action verbs, numbers in results, length) weigh less. A score is a guide, not a guarantee: each employer's system is set up differently, and a person reads your CV in the end. The rules are explained in What is an ATS-friendly CV?

The checker runs in your browser. Your CV and the job advert are never sent to our servers, never stored and never used for anything else. Close the tab and they are gone.
