Digital products are delivered immediately. By ticking the box you agree to immediate access and acknowledge you lose your 14-day cancellation right. No refunds once access is given, except where required by law (e.g. faulty or not as described).
Our digital products, such as the ATS CV Template Pack and Job Search Bundle, are downloadable files delivered immediately after payment. Before you pay, checkout asks you to tick this box:
“I want immediate access to the downloads. I understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once they are available, and that there are no refunds once access is given, except where required by law.”
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation period for digital content ends once supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgement. We confirm your consent and this policy in your order email.
Credits for AI tools are digital content supplied to your account immediately, so the same rule applies: no refunds once credits have been added, except where required by law.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, tell us and we'll fix or replace it. If we can't, you're entitled to a refund.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback; most problems are fixed quickly. If a payment is disputed, we share the order record with the card issuer, including your checkout consent and the download history.
