  • Interview rates calculated as percentage of applications receiving interview invitations
  • Salary data from job postings with explicitly stated compensation

Interview multipliers represent the ratio of interview rates for candidates with a skill vs. candidates without. A 1.5x multiplier means 50% higher interview rates.
